




- Place chia seeds and coconut milk in a jar and refrigerate overnight.
- Blend avocado and banana until smooth and pour on top of your chia pudding.
- Blend strawberries and Two Good Strawberry Greek lowfat yogurt together and add as the third and final layer.


- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup Two Good Vanilla Greek lowfat yogurt, 1/8 – tsp finely ground instant espresso (depending on how bold you want the flavor) until espresso has dissolved.
- Add 1/2 cup of granola to the bottom of mason jar, layer with the yogurt mixture.
- Top with dark chocolate espresso beans and enjoy!


- Add 1/2 cup almondmilk, 1/2 cup Two Good Strawberry Greek lowfat yogurt, 3/4 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp peanut butter, and 1 tbsp low calorie sweetener. Stir to combine.
- Add 1/2 cup rolled oats & stir until oats are completely immersed.
- Place in the fridge overnight. Once ready to enjoy, top with strawberries!


- Slice a banana down the middle and layer with Two Good Greek lowfat yogurt, fresh berries, granola, and peanut butter.


- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut 3 sweet potatoes into 1/2” wedges and place on a baking sheet, toss with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp paprika & 1/2 tsp cumin.
- Roast until golden (turn half way through) for about 25 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine 1 Two Good Vanilla Greek lowfat yogurt, 1/2 minced jalapeno, 1 tsp lime zest & 1 tsp lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!


- Just mix 1 Two Good Vanilla Greek lowfat yogurt, 1 tbsp nut butter, and 1/4 tsp cinnamon together into a bowl. Sprinkle coconut and chocolate chips on top and serve with pineapple or your favorite dipper!
