  1. Place chia seeds and coconut milk in a jar and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Blend avocado and banana until smooth and pour on top of your chia pudding.
  3. Blend strawberries and Two Good Strawberry Greek lowfat yogurt together and add as the third and final layer.

  2. Add 1/2 cup rolled oats & stir until oats are completely immersed.
